Hip feels out of joint?!
Question: I am a runner, and sometimes my hips feel like they are out of joint either when i wake up or just walking round the house, so when i swing my hips in a circular motion they hurt then seem to click in place and feel fine. What is happening here? Is it diet related?

Ugh, well, your hips have a rotator cuff much like your shoulders (same type of ball joint).
When you run, you're basically throwing your body weight down on the hip joint, and you get a lot of compression and decompression on the cuff. This, like anything else, equals a lot of stress, and can cause deformities, cracks, chips, etc, as the material is really just a type of cartilage.
I doubt that it's diet related unless you're really undernourishing yourself, but it's definitely something to get looked at by a doctor or an orthopedic surgeon; it could be nothing, but it's always good to have it looked at.
