I'm having upper Leg pains and Back aches!?!
Question: I asked my husband to go to Wal-Mart for me to pick me something up and he doesn't know what would help... Does anyone know what I could take for this?? I have ALOT to do today (Clean House, Take Care of Boy, Wash Car, Get Car Bed...ect). So I really need something that maybe will relax my muscles.They just seen stiff or tense or something.. I take Adderall and I know that makes me grit my teeth and sometimes makes me stiff feeling but today I feel even more crappy! And my Legs are REALLY hurting.. I seen before alot of stuff in Wal-Mark for Leg & Back Pains, anyone know what I should use??

I take aleve..only thing that helps me get through the day...I have Sciatica..which is a pulled muscle that cause pain from my lower back down my left leg to cramp down to the knee. Kinda sounds like what you have and I've tried everything..helps to either stand straight or lay down flat. I find that if I sit for longer than a half hour it cramps worse.
you should concider getting a massage. it sounds like you want a quick fix with a pill but that will make things worse long term.
Well yummy mummy, we don't have the same filcilities here in Aust so l am unsure if walmart is a department store that has many different shops, we have chemist here and there are many over the counter creams to help. Emu oil is excellent or we have here Voltaren with emu oil which is a anti imflamitory cream...maybe you have sciatica lower back injury sometimes caused even by having children. But it also affects the legs..ant pain is wrong and there is cause for it, you need to get to the front of all this an Eray sounds good don't allow a doctor to keep precribing medication as it only solves pain but doesn't find the problem...that is your main concern...Good Luck
