Help with bump on leg?!

Question: I have this bump I would say an inch by a half inch on my leg. It is located on my lower right calf on the side of my leg.

I have had it for quite a while, probably since middle school (I'm in college now so for 5-7 years) I've been with 2 doctors and both just said how I was made.
But it is weird. It is like invisible when I walk or rest, I only notice it when I run. It starts to tighten up and it hurts about midway through the run then when I stop it goes away. I have no clue on what this would be. If it was a tumor it would have probably got me by now and would have had other symptoms a long time ago. What do you think the bump is?

Sounds like maybe you have a weak spot in the fascia tissue. The fascia tissue protects and separates the muscles. Maybe you have a connective tissue adhesion. You might need a myofascial release. Find an orthopedic doctor for help with this it can be painful. But it sounds like you are already becoming accustomed to the pain. Could be something else too this is what came to mind. Good luck.

it could be a gift from God

Not all tumors are bad... it may be a benign tumor.
It may also be how your muscle is formed or perhaps a fat deposit.

When was the last time you went to a doctor? Did the do any sort of scan? I would see one that can tell you definitely what it is... because even if it is "how you're made," there is a name for what it is...whether its your muscle, a bump in your skin, or something else.

Could be scar tissue, which can be broken up with an ultrasound. But, does it come and go..??? Did you do anything that could have caused it to happen in middle school, like falling down and hitting it on something?
