-Use cool cloths on sunburned areas
-Take frequent cool showers or baths.
-Apply soothing lotions that contain aloe vera to sunburned areas.
-Drink lots of fluids(helps alot)

I say Aloe Vera is the best. I use it all the time when I get sun burns!

pile on the aloe vera

With sunburn remember to stay hydrated drink water or something with electrolytes, also aloe Vera gel will help to make it heal as well as sooth your skin. good luck!

Well, don't put any lotions on it: they'll keep the heat in. Aloe vera is fine, but it's best if you use fresh instead of something out of a tube.
Cold water is probably the best way to go, and drinking lots of the stuff is a good idea, too. We don't want anyone dying of dehydration, now, do we?
Technically, there is no way to heal sunburn faster, you just have to give your body all the help it can get.

Don't know if you can find this or something similar arround your place, but it's just what you need :

Get into a very cool bath and stay there for as long as you can, you have burnt the skin and therefore risk infection. If the cool bath isn't a help then go to your nearest hospitals emergency room for treatment. You also run the risk of skin cancer in bad sunburn areas on your body so keep an eye on any moles or freckles that seem to get bigger or start to itch and bleed!

1)Drink lots of water and green tea

2) Apply aloe very thickly

3)Take vitamin E

If your sunburn has blisters, do not pop them. It will only open the skin for infection. If you are scared or it is just too unbearable... go to your ER... its worth it.
