Why do some of us feel the need to "refresh" our position in bed durin!
Question: About every 10 minutes when I'm trying to get to sleep, I have to turn over to the other side of the bed. It's just something I feel I have to do, and I feel stifled if I stay in the same position for too long. Who else has this and why do we do it?

To promote good circulation and allow your muscles to be used so they don't tense and stiffen up. If we didn't move we may find outselves in an uncomfortable position, and we'd hurt in the morning.. it also stops us from developing pressure sores.
