What does it mean when i have pain on both sides of my jaw?!
Question: both sides of my jaw have been hurting all day and the pain sometimes causes both temples to hurt. it's a sharp, throbbing pain and it hurts when i open and close my mouth. any ideas as to what it is? what causes it to hurt?

Sounds like TMJ. You're probably grinding your teeth at night! Go to the dentist and he can make you a night guard to help keep you from grinding your teeth.
It could be wisdom teeth. TMJ or if you clench your teeth when you sleep this can cause it too.
You will have to have your dentist look at x-rays.
