How to Take Liquid Sleep Aid?!


Question: The sleep aid is Melatonin, and the instructions just say, "Take 1 dropper a day at bedtime only". Does that mean to just put it on my tongue or mix it in something?

If those are the only instructions, all you have to do is swallow it. If it is a "Sublingual" formula what you need to do is put it under your tongue and hold it there for about 30 seconds.
