Getting energy back after the flu?!
Question: i have never had this much trouble getting rid of post-flu fatigue. i sleep 10 hours per night, then another nap during the day, haven't felt like going anywhere, putting on makeup, etc...just lying around the house. i started getting sick almost 2 weeks ago, the first week was agony, the second week, fatigue...now wondering if there is any light at the end of the tunnel. is this common?

Try the b vitamins. They are great for energy.
Very common to still feel fatigued after having a flu.
You should feel better within a week or so. The Doc can also give you a shot if needed. Report It
