I just stretched/gauged my ears. How do I get rid of the swelling and redness?!

Question: Get a cotton swab and some hydro-peroxide. Make sure you rotate your rings/plugs/whatever like you did when you got your piercings done. Also keep neosporin on them. I've gotten up to a 4 gauge.
It hurts more and more each gauge I warn you.

I know it is a personal choice and you're going to do what you're going to do but I've got to plead with you: don't do it anymore! Gauged ears will not be in fashion for long and it is irreversible. You might be cool right now but you'll be stared at later in life like a freak in a side show. It is not worth it! There is no functional reason for it and it doesn't even make that great of a fashion statement. I'll get off my soapbox now. Good luck. The peroxide solution should work.
