Torn or Strained muscle? (in thigh)?!


Question: I was in a golf cart today and I got jerked around since we got into a frontend collision (with a fence, lol) and my muscle hurt really bad and then i walked about 3 miles after that happened (dumb I know)

and now one specific spot of my thigh hurts so bad and im at the point of crying.

Which is it strained or torn
I also feel a knot (no bruising)

also what should I do?

Well there is no way you torn it wouldn't of been able to walk 3 miles you would of step onto that leg and fallen right down with massive amounts of pain. What you have is a deep tissue bruise just remember to ice it for 20 mins that heat for 20mins and move around it may hurt for a bit but you need the muscle moving.In no time you'll be on the golf course running into more fences

go to the doctor

ice it, and if it swells ice it more, if it gets worse get help
