Medical Q: Can you get a blood clot from a HARD punch to the thigh??!

Question: I got punched on my outer side on my thigh-buttocks. I am in sooo much pain but no bruising..its been 9 hrs. Shoudl I be scared??

It is possible that you have an internal injury. Alternate ice and heat on it.
You should go to a Dr. just to be on the safe side. No one in here can tell you how seriously you were injured.

Well, you can't really get a blood clot from a punch, it's possible for the pain to last for a long time, but maybe not for 9 hours, let the doctor check it out and if you haven't put Ice/heat on it, try that.
