ER? or paranoia?!

Question: Lately, I've been getting dizzy from any minor actions (getting up, stretching, bending over and coming back up)
and I've been getting a lot of headaches, sharp at times.
I have also been getting EXTREMELY nauseated as well.
I'm kind of worried.
I'm only 16 but I'm still a little anxious to know what's wrong with me.
Should I go to an ER, just in case, or am I being too paranoid?

Also: I'm in between doctors right now, so I don't really have one at the moment because the one I went to didn't take my insurance!

I'd go get checked.
Could be blood pressure, either low or high. Could be anemia. you could be dehydrated. You may need glasses. Could be nothing. Could be worse.
Anytime, your body tells you someting is wrong, you should listen. Nausea, dizzyness, and headaches aren't normal, and you are right to be concerned.

It sounds like Vertigo to me. I just had a month long episode of it; was so nauseated could not even keep water down. If you are dehydrated, that would give you an extreme headache.
Vertigo is mainly caused by an inner ear imbalance. I had to take Prednisone. Also, I have repeated episodes of vertigo, and I take a drug called Meclizine every day to take away the nausea and dizziness.
So, that is my experience anyway. If you continue to be "extremely" nauseated, you should go to the ER, because dehydration can be a big problem.
Good luck!

First of all, have you discussed this with your parent(s)? They should be the ones to address this as you are under 18. This could be any number of causes or symptoms. If I were you, I would calmly call a local Patient First and ask one of the nurses if they think you should be seen by one of the doctors. This could be a signal of Anemia, (low blood iron levels), could be something associated with your blood pressure, could even be the headaches are being caused by something female associated, nausea but no vomiting could be any number of things. Call a Patient first, tell them your issues including insurance and they'll be glad to assist and get you checked out as you are a minor technically so they will want to speak with a parent or guardian. Good luck and hope you feel better.

yes

that happened to me to at your age, the doctor told me it has to do with puberty and 'growing pains' if you feel dizzy like you are going to pass out just make sure you sit down. Also don't stand up to fast.
