Height query?!
Question: i have this friend who used to be the same height as me and during the summer she went to africa and had this massive growth spurt of 6 inches now she 5'10 wow i never knew girls could grown like that
1. how did it happen
2. could i grow like that as well or was it due to phsyical change like the weather and the food she was eating etc
3. do all growth spurts occur in the summer

my growth spurt hit this summer and has not stopped yet. i was 5'7 in june now i am 5'11 1/4. I grew fast but your friend grew way fast.
change in her diet and excersize probly helped her grow so fast.. and not all growth spurts occur in the summer lol
Yes the hotter envrioment may have triggered your friends growth, she would have grown anyway but it may have helped her grow fast.
Not all growth spurts happen in summer but most do. When My girl friend was 15 she sprouted up from 5'2 to 5'8 in 3 months.
