Bleeding whenever I am stressed?!
Question: I seem to bleed on my fingers whenever I am stressed or angry at someone, Theres no cuts their but literally blood seaps through my fingers, not alot, but i need to clean it up after.

Okay, don't panic. This is pretty unusual but not unheard of.
First, try and avoid those situations that cause it.
Next, you need to eat more fruit, especially citrus (oranges, grapefruit, etc.).
Third, if you use lotion, make sure it has vitamin E.
Fourth, but most important: Talk to your doctor soon. Again, don't panic, but call the office and describe the problem in detail, including the stressful events that have caused it.

Hello, mmmmmm...never heard of this before...you might have something new here....usually blood pressure goes up...are you making fist hard...or squeezing hands HARD...is it the tips? around nail bed? top of fingers?or palm side? between on the sides? I think you should get it checked out because it is probarbly due to blood vessels under your finger tips bursting. This could be due to high blood pressure and if that is the case then that is easily fixable :)
Perhaps you need to strengthen your blood vessels with citrus bioflavonoids.
