Question: Everyday, my right ear always turns red and gets hot. It gets so annoying, I have to put ice behind my ears to cool it.

Is their any pain? If so it is an infection in the inner ear. If not, it could just be the way you are laying. It wouldn't hurt to get it checked out.

does it happen after a shower? It could be water in your ear,causing it to become a bit inflamed.
