How do I cure the common hangover?!

Question: I work in an industry that requires interaction with customers and members, and quite often consumption of more then my fair share of alcohol. My job also consists of a lot of early mornings where I need to be sharp and at the top of my game and all to often I'm hungover from the previous night's festivities. Does anyone have any quick remedies to cure a hangover?

When you drink your brain is depleted of Niacin and the water from your body is flushed. Drink plenty of water or even better, Gatoraid because it will help to get rid of that fatigued feeling, and take a B complex blend that is high in Niacin. I recommend "Stress B Complex" for alcohol drinking.

You can take the pill before you start drinking and it will help to avoid the hangover. I have done this for years and yet to have one hangover since.

not this time ,but next time don't drink so much or not at all, you can still have fun with only a few

water and rest!

Try taking the Vitamin drink Berrocca....you dissolve it in water....it's a fantastic cure for hangovers! Works every time....even take one before you go out drinking and definitely take one when getting up the next morning........Also maybe try cutting back on your drinking habits! Alcoholism creeps up on one very quickly! Don't be in denial!

it is simply dehydration so drink a lot of fluids the next morning. You could try taking Tylenol before you go to bed. This is not the best but I have always heard menudo (the really nasty Mexican food) is the best hangover cure.
