Is dry mouth and lips a severe sign of dehydration?!
Question: after trying to shake this flu it seems that i always have dry mouth throat,and lips......is this a sign i am dehydrated? and if i adrink like a fountain pop stomach gets upset.....guess i should just do the water and gatoraide thing huh?

water water water.............and yes if you don't drink water and you get dehydrated,your body sucks the water from everywhere and takes it out of the stomache and digestive system,thus makeing digesting food,and your stomache bloated and in overall bad working order
Yes to the water and some gatorade. Dryness of the mouth and lips is a sign of dehydration. Drink lots of water.

don't drink gatorade if you are sick, it has too much sugar in it...just drink water...plain water, period.
DO NOT drink pop unless you are trying to vomit or burp...water is the best thing to drink...feel better
