Make her soup or get her jello or popsicles. Make sure she drinks plently of water, juice, or flavored water. Just relax and watch a movie or something. If it gets worse call your parents, but otherwise just wait it out.
Take her temperature just to make sure it is not too bad. If it is 103 or above call your parents.
If she does have a fever and your parents wouldn't mind give her the reccommened dose of tylenol for her age.
If she doesn't have a fever I wouldn't reccommend giving her tylenol. Too much tylenol after so long can lead to problems. I would never use any kind of drugs unless I am desperate and I would be very careful even then too.
