Giving blood?!


Question: so i just turned 17 and my school has oppurtunities to give blood and i definitley want to do it. i'm 105 pounds though. do i weigh enough to do this? i HEARD you have to be 110 or 115. but do they actually weigh you? if i do give blood at 105 pounds will it actually matter? thanks!

They don't weigh you...well they didn't weigh me. You have to be at least 110 lbs. Just ask before you try. There are some risks involved if you are under weight so better safe than sorry.
