What is this pain i am having?!
Question: almost every morning when i wake i have a pain in the bottom of my back on the left side at waist level,could they be kidney stones,there is no blood in my urine but the pain seems to ease off during the day.

Kidney stones give tremendous pain, and it doesn't ease off during the day, so no, I don't think it's a kidney stone giving you the pain.
It sounds like it could be muscle pain or tendinitis since it eases off during the day.
it could be your bed.. maybe you need a new one..
it could be that you need to go to the loo...
it could be that you need a wee
it could be gall stones
it could be kideny infection
it could be pancreatic problems
it could be anything
it my be your lower back, dont use 2 pillows, try just 1
I too have simmilar pains i can hardly get myself off the bed some mornings,Like you i dont have any other symptoms that might make me think its kidney stones,I suffer from a condition called Fybromyalgia and been putting it down to that,Like you it seems to ease as the day wears on .Think i,ll mention it next time im at the doctors,perhaps you should have it checked out too.We could assume all kinds untill we do.
