Coldsore, ice?!

Question: im getting a coldsore, i noticed 45 minutes ago, and im going out for a few hours in another 45 minutes, so in total for 90 mins i will be holding frozen food against my lips, i have no ice.
what else can i do while im out>? sorry for bad writing im typingv 1 with hand, im holding frozen stuff to my mouth!

go to the chemist while out, throw away the frozen food because herpes is very contagious if contact occurs with the genitals it can cause infertility

I have no idea other than: Buy coldsore cream! As far as I know, they work great. Just make sure you read the box.. Just incase redness, swelling or irritation are side-effects. Good luck!
