Shoulder Pain?!

Question: I have horrible shoulder pains in my left shoulder. Any time I twist my neck it hurts. Every time I put any weight on my left arm it kills!

wel put some ice on it to stop the swelling (if there is any) and to numb the pain....

if i were you, i'd definitely see a doc a.s.a.p bcuz u couldv torn a ligament or shoulder could b popped out of place (its kinda hard to tell over the internet).
