Are the websites selling non-narcotic prescriptions legal? Trustable?!

Question: I am talking about the websites that sell certain prescriptions like viagra, ultram, soma without a prescription. THey say a doctor will review your order and call you over the phone before deciding to fill it... and then it is delivered. Is this legal? How do you know if they will actually send the medication?

read the FDA's rules for Customs and decide for yourself

A site that tells you that they are going to diagnose you by asking a few questions on the web is not good, but if you already know what you need and have a doctor monitoring your condition and any side effects it is OK to buy your meds overseas and save a lot of money. I have been buying at the-med-store.com for a year now and I have been very happy with their quality and services, so all I can say is that this site is legit, but I agree I am sure there are many that are not legit

Ive also wondered about these sites. Personally, I wouldnt do it. Im scared about giving out credit card #'s...so be careful.

It is a violation of the law to sell a prescription medication without a prescription. These websites usually try to get around the law by having a physician write a prescription for the medication, so that there is a prescription trail.

Where I live (California), state law requires that a physician perform a good-faith examination of the patient before prescribing any medication for that patient. I believe that nearly all other states have a similar requirement. The California attorney general has gone after website operators that sell medications to California residents without meeting the requirements of California law, namely those where some physician is writing prescriptions without ever seeing or examining the patient. Not all states are so aggressive in seeking to prosecute prescription medication website operators.

When you buy medications through websites, you never know for sure what you will receive, or whether you will receive anything at all. There are lots of websites that offer Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, etc.,, but what they send is counterfeit and may not even have the active ingredients of those medications in what you get.

So, a word of caution is in order. You may or may not get the real medication, or anything at all.

Why would you NEED to you them if you are in PAIN and have a script from the Doc stating your drugs? Perhaps these sites are hoping to get business from those who are addicts? In that situation, would YOU trust them? They state they are cheap, but would probably take the money and run. Hope that helps?
PS I get the pictorial herbal viagra one, spam and by now you would think they would realize I am a female! What do I want herbal viagra for?????
