I have trouble sleeping at night, any suggestions?!

work out! try as much as you can,it works,the other thing that you should be asking yourself is why do you think you are not sleeping well.it maybe something new in your life,or something which is unsloved etc,

Hot Milk? Cocoa? You can also buy herbal sleeping tablets.

I have the same problem. I'm 14 and so I go to bed at 10. When I get in bed I ensure that I do 50 sit ups and 20 press ups. This tires me out some. After that It's around 10:30 so I read for half an hour. At 11:00 I go to sleep and I'm starting to be able to get to sleep pretty early.
Also, try not to eat anything or drink anything with Caffeine before bed.

I have the same problem I work in a school and i usually go to bed around 10 I drink vimto around half an hour before i go to bed but i still lay there for hours.

If you have something worrying you at the moment that may be the cause, if you deal with it it may help your sleep. If you are not active enough in the day you dont wear yourself out for the night so this could be an issue. Other things are to try are hot milk before bed but not eating anything heavy. Try to avoid stimulating things like tv just before bed to wind yourself down. Finally dont get into bed until you are tired as lying there for ages will just make you frustrated and even less likely to be able to sleep! There are herbal pills you can take but people I know who've taken them say they're useless so dont know if its worth you buying some.

Ummm, well, you can always bring yourself to orgasm right before bed. The release may relax you enough to the point you can drift off to sleep.
