I cannot fall asleep? Please help?!


Question: I have tried literally everything that everyone I know has suggested. Here is what I have tried:
SleepMD
Simply Sleep
Unisom
SleepyBear Herbeal Tea
Warm Milk
A Warm Bath
I've tried reading, praying/talking to God, keeping a notebook on my nightstand, not eating three hours before, etc, etc. I can't get comfortable, I toss & turn, I empty my bladder at least 4 times.
Do I need to start working out more? Am I just too lazy? Any Suggestion?
P.s. I'm not in school, I don't have kids.

Excercise will help you immensly. Get really active, you will have the best sleep ever!

You're not lazy, but you HAVE to excercise darl, your life will improve so much. You'll feel happier, healthier and more balanced.

I'm not surprised all those things didn't worked, they're superficial. You need to learn mind control meditation. (Learn to switch your thoughts off). If the anxiety you feel (Its a vicious cycle were you become too anxious too sleep because you're scared that you won't be able to) is severe get professional help. It's a serious mental illnes. Cognitive therapy can really help changing your thought patterns. It helps you to stop those self destructive thoughts from running over and over in your mind and overtaking your life.

Nyquil. It will knock you right out.

you must have INSOMNIA!
