How to sleep well at night?!


Question: I want to go to sleep earlier at night about 11.00, but I couldn't even I have to wake up really soon the next morning. So I feel tired the nest day, and my skin becomes darken. Please help me

There are several factors that could help you to get sleep or otherwise!
Do you drink lot of cokes, tea, coffees in the evening?
Do you eat heavily in the night ?
do you exercise late evening?
What are your physical activity in the day
Avoid all of these and
Keep your sleeping place with low light, with pleasent music and no tv
Good exercise in the morning
and look for the things that could make you irritable in the night

Try preparing everything for the next day earlier in the night, relax, have a shower and then go to bed. Often, having a shower right before bed can calm you and help your body and mind get ready for sleep. If you're lying awake in bed and can't sleep, try to close your eyes, focus and visualise a relaxing place.. wherever you like.. where you're doing whatever you like. If that doesn't work, try a good book! If none of these are working, you may need to see your GP, as you may have insomnia. Insomnia is the inability to get to sleep or to maintain good sleep. Your doctor may have some other suggestions or forms of treatment for you. Good luck!
