Bruise that won't go away.?!

Question: I have a bruise on my thigh that i got about two moths ago. It has faded some, but it is still visable. Any particular reason why it hasn't gone away? have an suggestions on helping it heal faster?

try applying hot compress evry once in a while

u might have a birth mark that u never saw (maybe), but if its a bruise it has to go away eventually.
