Dentists!!!ineed help please, it hurts very badly?!

Question: i got fillings on my bottom backmost molars, top and bottom, onthe left side earlier today. now(4-5 hours later) the tooth three down from my two front teeth(on the right side) hurts, it has this horrible shooting pain in it, i cant stand it, please help me!

Take pain meds if they were given to you, otherwise take motrin, or call your local er for advise. good luck.
