What is the difference between Lorcet (10/325) and Lortab (5/500)?!

Question: It all has to do with how much of the narcotic they put in it.
The 5/500 is the weakest dose you can get.
The 10/325 is in a higher rank, for people with more pain.
Also the 325 has to do with how much tylenol is in the pill. The lower the better for your kidneys.
Hope this was somewhat helpful.

10mg of hydro-codeine and 5mg of hydro-codeine. The larger number in both cases refer to the acetaminophen each tablet contains.

Well the Lorcet would be better because the 10 is the amount of hydrocodone and in the Lortab, it has half the hydrocodone and more of the tylenol. Always remember that the first number is the amount of narcotic and the second is the tylenol. You want less tylenol, because like the person before me said, too much tylenol is bad on your kidneys. Especially if you are taking anything else that has it in there or are taking many of these pills.
