Go to a doc to let them do it properly, or jump off something and put your hands out in front of you and land on your wrist, they willl break for sure! land on one if you onyl wenat to break one

Is this like the soldiers at Normandy who shot off their own thumbs to get out of the war? As a person who has broken bones, I can tell you that that need will cost you--years and years of chronic pain when arthritis sets in, and it will. So it better be pretty darn important if you're willing to go through that. That said, take the leash of my 50 lb. puppy and walk him around in the presence of other male dogs for awhile. He will pull SO hard that eventually your wrist WILL break. He has come close to breaking mine many times.
Oh yes, my old sensei told me the quickest way in martial arts to break your wrist is to try to brace yourself with your hands as you fall. We spent a long time learning to fall without using our hands to brace ourselves, just so we wouldn't have to go through the pain of a broken wrist.
