ok so lately i have noticed that at the tip of my tounge
yeah, it seriously hurts!
its sort of like prickley there.
why does this happen and how can i heal it?

probally an inflammed papilla. maybe u ate something acidic, like a tomato....? that can do it..... did u bite it? warm water salt water rinses will help.
you may be developing an ulcer or ate something very hot that scorched it.
What do you mean prickly? like a few taste buds are swollen prickly? If so, then you have a small bacterial infectn in your taste bud/s. It's almost like a sit but without the dirt and oils. Leave it alone t will go away. If you notice a color distinction or it feels fuzzy and white, or itches then you have an infection that may only be corrected with antibiotics.

looks like a little white speck,mom used to say it was from telling a lie,but just give it couple of days and it will heal on its own.
