Nausea from too much Caffeine?!

Question: Last Saturday, I only got 2 hours of sleep and decided to drink 3 shots of espresso, and a Redline Energy drink to wake me up. 4 Hours later I was in the worst pain. I was really nauseous and wanted to throw up for about 5 hours. It went away after the next day, but I can still feel a little bit of it. I am not too sensitive to caffeine usually and I can handle a single bottle of redline no problem.

Just today I had some energy supplements which I've taken before and feeling similar effects. Is there something wrong with me?? Should I be worried? Before this happened, I was fine taking those supplements.

You are ingesting wayyy too much caffeine. Obviously your body is trying to get your attention. Lay off the energy drinks and definitely don't pair with triple espresso. Detox with green tea and water and cranberry juice for the next few days and give your poor kidneys a break!

Eat something first. That much caffeine and sugar on an empty stomach are killer.

I'd skip the caffeine for a few days and see if it goes away. If it does, then you know you should stay away from the stuff, or consume way less! If it doesn't I'd make an apt. with the doctor because something else might be going on. Good luck!
