If you have a deviated septum....?!

Question: When you get surgery, is the septum part they can only change?
Or can they change the top of the nose, like if you have a hump.

Anythings possible. I'm sure the doctor could hook you up, but it probably won't be the same doctor that does the Rhinoplasty and that does the recontructive surgery.

I had a rhinoplasty for a deviated septum and I thought it might change the way my nose looked and the way I sounded, but I saw and heard no noticable difference except I sounded a lot less stuffy when I talk.
