Whats wrong with my arm?!
Question: like a week ago my left arm was hurting a lot, and then on sunday I couldn't move my entire left arm for about 10 minutes, i got scared and went to look for my mom, my mom wasn't home so the first person i saw was my dad and then i was able to move my arm, whats wrong?

This is a case where you need to be seen by a doctor as soon as you can. PERIOD.
DO NOT put off being seen! Regardless of your age, from your description the risk of either a heart attack or a stroke needs to be evaluated.
Get your dad or mom to bring you to your doctor tomorrow at the latest. If the symptoms return tonight you call 911 & go to the nearest emergency room. If you are home alone keep a cell phone with you if possible because you may not be able to get to a landline.
