I wake up at 5, but..?!
Question: No matter when I sleep, I always wake up at 5. I don't mind this, but I'm worried if I don't get enough sleep. I usually fall asleep at 9:30-10. Am I getting enough sleep? I'm still a teenager so is there anything harmful that could happen to me if I wake up at 5 and sleep at 10ish?

you are getting enough sleep.. around 7 hours.. its just your body's alarm clock saying wake up and that you have had enough sleep..
everyone needs different amounts of sleep.. you're body obviously is doing fine on 7 hours .... as long as youre not tired I wouldn't worry about it..
Nothing harmful in your sleep pattern. If you wake up naturally at 5 am your body has had enough sleep. Some people don't have to have 8 full hours of sleep. As long as your not falling asleep at school I think you are OK.
the younger you are the more sleep you need so its not strange that you go back to sleep if you wake up so early!
