Is it ok to have small "breaks"during sleep?!

Question: If I wake up to urinate 3hours after going to sleep and fall asleep again 10 minutes later,is it ok or should my 8hours of sleep be STRAIGHT on,not even 10minute breaks?

It's alright, but the body needs 20 minutes solid sleep for the brain to get to REM mode ( where the rejuvenating sleep begins), which is actually like 30 minutes of rest.

As long as there isn't multiple breaks throughout the night to interfere with this, you'll be fine. =]

No problem. But, if you don't want to have to get up and go, stop drinking 4 hours before bedtime and pee right before you get in bed.

that not a big problem
