Knee Pain Problems?!

Question: A few summers ago I strained my knee and I had an MRI on it and the doctor found nothing wrong with it but said I strained it. Ever since that happened my knee or knees will cramp up if there is a lot of moisture in the air like if it's going to rain or snow. I will wear a knee brace that puts pressure on the knee cap and it helps take away the pain the rest of the day. Does anyone know what this could be or any way to treat it?

It sounds like you have a touch of arthritis especially if it hurts with weather changes. Keep wearing your brace, elevate the legs whenever you're sitting and take an anti-inflammatory such as Advil. If this doesn't help long term, then you might need a referral to a rheumatologist, they specificially deal with arthritis problems.
