Chest pain on right chest and back?!
Question: After eating lunch everyday the pain in my right chest starts and after couple hours pain in my right backside starts. it doesn't bother me at night and i can sleep fine and doesn't hurt in the morning either. Please Help!

Dude it could be indegestion, try mylanta and wait couple days if it doesn't get better take tylenol for couple days and then go to clinic if things don't improve.
You may be starting to get a heart attack! Go the emergency room! My neighbor has similar symptoms when he had a characteristically young heart attack!

CALL YOUR PCP, SEE HIM/HER ASAP. GO TO NEAREST ER NEXT TIME PAIN HAPPENS. BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN DEAD... RIGHT? THEY WILL GET AN EKG, A TRACKING OF YOUR HEART. SOME LAB YOU WILL HEAR WORDS LIKE TROP, CK MMB. THIS IS SIMPLY TO CHECK FOR HEART DEATH. EVERY ER IS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME OXYGEN IV MONITOR YOUR BP AND MOST OF THE TIME YOU WILL STAY TO MAKE SURE YOUR BLOOD LEVELS DO NOT CHANGE OVER TIME. ITS CALLED RANDOM ENZYMES. DO NOT LET DENIAL ROB YOU OF YOUR HEALTH.
