I'm experiencing moderate pain much like a running cramp in my chest. What c!
Question: When I breathe in, I get a runner's cramp feeling directly below my left breast; it feels like its got a 2 inch diamater of pain, and as if its right between two of my ribs. I've been experiencing it since this morning and it hasn't gotten worse (or any better)
I'm not coughing, I've had no injury, I haven't even been active except my usual 45 minute walk a day, and I feel fine otherwise. What on earth could this be?

Injury to the intercostal muscle. That's the muscle between your ribs, it's used in forced exhalation and stretched with inhalation. You can ice it, but mostly rest and try not to breathe too deeply.
It could be anything. indigestion, signs of heart problems or any number of things. Should get it check to rule out anything major.
Heart Attack! AHH!

maybe yo should take short quick breaths and if it is cold breath in warm air
might be just a cold, keep it warm when you get in bed.
