I don't feel well at all... what should I do?!
Question: I got a headache and feel sick a bit, usually I would simply take a tablet (painkiller) but unfortunately they're all gone. Only suppositories left... should I take one of them... I can remember I really hated them when I was a child... and how does an adult person administer them on himself by the way??
It's certainly different to a child I suppose.
I hope you can give me some good advice...

ok... lie on your bed... on your left side... pull your knees to your chest, pull your pants down, take the suppository out of the package... feel for your rectum, insert it with the flat end (it won't come out anymore, because it is sucked in) then relax and straighten your legs, lie down for a while

Isnt a suppositorie for diareha? Dont you stick them up your a55? How will that help?
Same here,I hated suppositories as a child and still do but I have no problem using them now when I'm really sick like that.
Depends how unwell you feel? If it's pain you are feeling and don't have any pain killers, try and relax in a cool dark room, if you are really worried, call your doctor...
