Vit.C 2000mg every 2hrs; Vit E 400IUs 2X/day; Selenium 200mcg; Zinc 50 mg.

Astragalus; echineacea; goldenseal root (not more than 5 days in a row).

They boost your immune system.

If you have mucus, Mucinex works great.

If you have an infection you may have to take that trip to your ENT MD & get an antibiotic. You don't want to get an inner ear infection & get vertigo, etc.
