Answers: I mean What Goes On In Your Brain To Make That Kind Of Pain....

Inflamed nerves cause additional pressure which brain cells can't sustain as brain is very delicate.
If you are in cold country use all warm things.
Pl try cold water bath and observe if in hot country, if pain increases use warm.
If you have cough/cold body hot water bath will help.
Massage and exercise in front of morning sun is good thing, pl try.
Pl try simple acupressure given below for immediate relief.
If it fails you will have to go for Acupuncture.

There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache, Ear ache/ringing, Stomach ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes.
None of them can be treated with medicine.
Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.

Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits like dates, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.

If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.

Scientists have yet to completely unravel the cause or causes of headaches. It was once believed that constriction and dilation of blood vessels caused migraine headache, while muscle contraction caused tension headache. The constriction of vessels in the head was thought to cause the aura of migraine, as well as the nausea and vomiting. The subsequent relaxing, or dilation, of the vessels then brought on the pounding pain associated with migraine.

A headache is a condition of pain in the head; sometimes neck or upper back pain may also be interpreted as a headache. It ranks amongst the most common local pain complaints.

The vast majority of headaches are benign and self-limiting. Common causes are tension, migraine, eye strain, dehydration, low blood sugar, and sinusitis. Much rarer are headaches due to life-threatening conditions such as meningitis, encephalitis, cerebral aneurysms, extremely high blood pressure, and brain tumors. When the headache occurs in conjunction with a head injury the cause is usually quite evident. A large percentage of headaches among females are caused by ever-fluctuating estrogen during menstrual years. This can occur prior to, during or even midcycle menstruation.

Treatment of an uncomplicated headache is usually symptomatic with over-the-counter painkillers such as aspirin, paracetamol (acetaminophen), or ibuprofen, although some specific forms of headaches (e.g., migraines) may demand other, more suitable treatment. It may be possible to relate the occurrence of a headache to other particular triggers (such as stress or particular foods), which can then be avoided.

Here's an answer from a fellow headache sufferer. I could go on and on about the medical mechanical reasons on why to get headaches. But I firmly believe the cause of headaches starts with an emotional problem. After that it may turn into a physical situation but the very beginning is always an emotional situation. A good argument would be but I have a great headache when I drink too much. Of course that is true too much alcohol will give you a terrible headache but let us to return to the fact on why you drank too much alcohol. You may say it was a party or a mistake on how much liquor was in the drink but after all why are you drinking in the first place? What is the deep inside you that you must think that if I drink enough whatever is bothering me will go away and for a while it will and your punishment will be an enormous headache. Take this analogy to your headache regardless of what physical things may have made it happen and really ask yourself what happened that made this headache happen. Another analogy driving my car for too long gave me a headache. Start asking these questions. Did I really want to drive as far? Did someone make me drive that far? Is it part of a job? Fall all those question marks back to why you drove so far and it will always in-depth connected to an emotional decision you may have made. So in short you are headaches are something to do with your emotions there is an underlying factor causing them. The answer may not be clear right away. Another question may pop up what is really happening in my life that could cause a headache. After you have asked that question of yourself look at all the factors in your life. Be patient, sleep on it. Wait into you have another headache and backtrack your emotions. Eventually you will see a pattern. The headaches were put there for you so you may see where to change your life. Headaches are like roadway caution signs trying to remind you to take a closer look at your emotions on why you do things and why you react to things in a certain way so pay attention to them. Get past the physical reason and in two your emotions. Also do not take this as a final answer part of determining the why and wherefore of headaches is eliminating many of the physical ideas of why they are there so see an expert get a brain scan. Usually they will see nothing is wrong and you can go back on paying attention to your emotions were all starts anyway. Good luck and try applying this to your other aches and pains.
