Tips on how to tape up a bad knee for work?!
Question: I have a titanium brace, but it's huge. It won't go underneath my work pants and it's too bulky to wear over them. Someone suggested I tape my knee. What kind of tape would I use for that and how much would I use???

you can buy a cloth knee brace that has support sewn into the sides that you can slip over your knee or use a tensor bandage (after a knee operation the doctor wrapped me with one of these)

you should probably use ace wrap instead of tape as tape will hurt when you rip it off and if your sweating while working the tape can easily come off

they do make semi-rigid knee braces and walgreens used to carry them. i would be careful about using tape because you can over-tighten and mess the knee up worse
taping is used to limit movement, so if you tape your knee you will loose your range of motion. Just wear different pants or just suck it up and wear it on the outside. But if you do tape remember to use pre-wrap or put the first layer backwards so the tape does not stick to your skin and hair.

you can always wear a pair of really wide pants like the ones you would wear for working out, or in a gym, or for running.
if its acceptable at work.
tape? think of the trouble you will have taking it off.
