Stressed outt!?!


Question: im 16 years old, and i have been very stressed out lately. i have friend situations, family issues, school, and much more to be stressed about for now. My grades in school and slipping and i need to improve them. because ive been stressed i have had a constant headache for about a week now., i have tried taking advil but that did not help. does anyone recommend anything to help relieve the stress?

yes, manage ur time more wisely.
i know tht most of my stress is bc of my stupid school work.
dont they know tht if they dont give us HOMEwork more kids would actually try in school??... lol anways get ur hw out of the way first.
then have time to think about ur situations with ur family nd friends. practice wht u might say to them to resolve ur issues with them. i know tht thinking before doing helps me alot.
and u might wnt to start having a journal? geeky sounding i know, but it's my best friend at times. whenver i need to get something off my chest nd no one listens, writing down my feelings hlep a lot.=]

The 3 Y's:
Yoga
Yogurt
Yahoo

excercise sweat..find stuff to do..
exercise is good for you...
running makes you feel good

perform meditation,

(i have tried this one)in a piece of paper write all ur problems and ask 5 whys to figure our the reason ...assign some action items for each.....tats it

try water therapy....put a facetowel ,soaked slightly in cold water, into your face.try to relax and enjoy the sensation of the water in your face....every time you feel stressed , do this. other than this....you might want to get in touch with me...e-mail me.
