Question: I have had chronic back pain for nearly two years now and even after a multi tests no one knows what is wrong.
I am seeing my family Doctor,a Nurolagist and a Chiropractor and i seem to get some relief from my back pain after the tens unit is used on my back at the Chiropractor's.
I am wandering if you or someone youu know has got their own tens unit through medicare and do they allso get the pads and gel ect.
I have a secondary insurance aswell so any information is aprisheated and i will pick a best answer.
Thankyou

I've had one for a long time. The first one was paid by regular health insurance. The last one was paid by Medicare and secondary insurance. It came as a kit complete with instructions. This one was ordered by my Physical Therapist. I've used it frequently for back pain, hip pain (post hip replacement surgery, knee pain (post knee replacement) etc. It works best on the back problems. You can probably get either your family doc or back cruncher (Chiropractor) to order you one for home use. Good luck. I hope this helps.
