Im in pain help quick please?!
Question: i was brushing my hair when suddenly my back started hurting. that was about 30mins ago and it still is hurting. its only if i move my head or back a little it hurts alot. what have i done and what can i do.

Take a couple of Ibruprofen - if you have a problem with a nerve then this will reduce the swelling. Do some gentle stretches and try to relax you neck muscles a bit. If you have a chance then relax in a bath or shower.
Ice packs are great for reducing localised swelling but it maybe you just need something a bit more general.
I wouldnt bother going to your G.P or A&E unless the pain increases, you get pins and needles down your arms and legs or the pain changes in any way. G.Ps are not great at dealing with Back and Neck problems and will only really prescribe you pain killers. If it continues for more than a couple of days then it may be wise to see a chiroprctor about it.
Sounds like a trapped nerve, try taking a hot bath and this should relax your muscles and it should pop back out
sleep on the floor and dont move for about 30 min if the pain doesnt go down, go see ur doctor
you shall have a massage to your body and then put some oil to relest your paint
Make an emergency appointment to see your doctor or go to A & E.

pulled muscle or trapped nerve you might have been standing in a funny position while brushing your hair
If you have a bath then use it if not try something hot wrapped in a towel
