My Knee has been hurting for over a year now!?!
Question: I have a huge bump on the side of my knee and it hurts really bad. It hurts when i stand on it, when i walk, and even when i am sittting down. I don't know what to do and i have no clue what it could possibly be! HELP!

I'm not sure if this is true, but i think the hamstring pull might have caused the bone (patella) on your knee to dislocate, thus causing the pain. I don't think the problem is the hamstring, but the dislocated bone (patella). This is definitely something to check a doctor with.
Get is checked by a Physio, you may need a MRI. General questions are, how did you do it? It could be any number of reasons but again Physio is the way to go.
could be a tumor. go to the docter!
Sounds like something i had called chondromalacia patella.
I had to do a ton of physio to help fix it - as the first person said see a good physio and get a scan. Exercises and some orthotics helped me and now all the pain is gone!
maybe a cyst. go to the doctors office
and get checked out.
