There is no way to get rid of it. Just be patient and it will go away on its own.
That's sty or stye and is often caused by a staph infection. If it es severe or doesn't begin to clear up you may need antibiotics.
A chronic recurrent stye of the eyelid can be cured only by keeping the face and the eyelashes neat and clean.
Use of mild antiseptic soap like Cinthol, Dettol, or Savalon soap etc. for washing the face may give a cure to the condition in due course.
