Frequent ,sharp head pains?!
Question: Usually its is near my temples and the lower right side of my head (the back of my head). Ive had this for a couple months now. I've been getting bad migrains since I was young. Very young, about 3. I have been to the doctors when I was little around 7 was the last time I went. I'm 14 now and Female. I am not sure what to do. I most likely will ask my mom to take me to the doctors.

I recently was diagnosed with chronic mild migraines. I alwaysa thought they were just head aches.
My doctor explained that if the pain is usually in only one or two spots all the time then they are migraines. He recommended advil Liqui-Gels. But it is still a good idea to go to your doctor. You may be able to identify certain triggers (foods, scents, allergies, etc) that cause your migraines and he may also prescribe you a specific medication.
Also, PMS can cause head aches. Also, if you have long hair and usually keep it in a pony tail that can cause tension head-aches. Stress, smoking (even second hand smoking) and poor posture can also contribute.
