a lot of things can cause your hands to shake, like the person above said, low blood sugar can do it, make sure you've eaten recently. also if you've had a lot of caffiene that can give you the shakes. Dehydration can also be accompanied by shaky hands. Nerves can do it too. So eat something, drink some water, relax a bit, stay toasty, and stay off of caffiene and if it doesn't stop, then i'm out of ideas.

maybe you are nervous or meds. are causing it. take a nap

did you eat lately? maybe you are hungry

Go see you're doc. The more you stress, the more you'll think you notice it and the more stressed you'll become. Think of a warm fluffy kitten in a slipper wrinkling its little nose....ahhhh

Feel better? I know I do.

Do you drink coffee? that can cause it. Also extreme nerves not even from being nervous per say, but maybe the nerves in your hands are freaking out. That can be common sort of like a muscle cramp but with shaking. From over use, to you write a lot?

you may be stressed ?!

it's cuz ur the bestest person ever. no jk jk i don't know why ur shaking but i hope u feel better!

lulas feel better!

It may be low blood sugar. Try eating something sugary. I hope it helps! Also try relaxing...take a nap or something.
